We are committed to serving an international array of dishes and cuisine at the Mattenhof Resort. You can order and enjoy your meal at various eateries and are able to choose from the following menus:
The Lounge – Lobby Bar.
Here you can enjoy scrumptious snacks like croissants, donuts or muffins. Moreover, there is also a menu available at the Lounge with a variety of dishes. Just order your food at the bar and then decide if you’d like to savour your meal in the lounge area, the garden or on the terrace, the choice is all yours!

Gaststube – very Swiss.
The Gaststube is considered to be a genuine feature of the ‘Bödeli’ (Interlaken’s local nickname), as well as a typical Swiss restaurant. Refreshing beer and traditional Swiss cuisine are served here. Lunch menus are offered daily and outdoor seating is available weather permitting.

Global Flavours – International Spice
The name speaks for itself. Global Flavours offers guests an international array of dishes and cuisine. Of course there is also slow-burning stove cooking as well as our classic and famous Swiss dishes.

Club Caverne – Party On!
After a great time spent outdoors in Interlaken’s scenic surroundings as well experiencing fun, excitement and perhaps a few adrenaline kicks, finish off your day in the Club Caverne. Various live bands and DJs provide the vibes at Club Caverne while the professional staff behind the bar caters to guests and their drinks. And all of a sudden, it’s much later than you had imagined ……
